We always think of going beyond the boundaries; be it a social, racial or gendered one. But can we really find a space without all sorts of bounds and limits? Even nature, the purest depiction of liberty, is bound by the laws of the universe. A desert dune can never see its reflection in a melting icicle. A polar icecap will never know how wet the soil of a rainforest smells like. A tropical meadow will never hear the raging howls of a blinding sandstorm. Be it manmade or natural, can we really go beyond the boundaries?
